POKEMON GO Description:
Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Capture and collect as many other monsters as you can! You need to fight with them before you capture them. When they relax their vigilance, they are the best time to capture. Explore this open world, find the rarest and most powerful monsters and defeat them! Using your smartphone's GPS, the game creates a virtual map where you can find Pokémon in various geographic areas. Each Pokémon type corresponds to certain habitats or areas. For example, Water-type Pokémon tend to spawn near bodies of water, while Grass-type Pokémon appear in parks or forested areas. To catch a Pokémon, players need to use Poké Balls, which can be thrown by swiping their finger across the screen. Successful throws depend on various factors, such as the type of Poké Ball used, the accuracy of the throw, and the Pokémon's difficulty level. Players can enhance their catching experience by using different kinds of Poké Balls and items like Razz Berries to increase the chance of a successful capture. Gyms are scattered across cities and towns, with each Gym being controlled by one of three teams: Team Mystic, Team Valor, or Team Instinct. Players can challenge Gyms controlled by other teams, or defend their own Gym by placing their Pokémon in it.To challenge a Gym, players must engage in real-time battles with the Gym's defending Pokémon. Gym battles are simplified versions of traditional Pokémon battles, where players tap on the screen to use Fast Attacks and swipe to dodge incoming moves. Winning a battle weakens the Gym’s control and allows players to take over the Gym by placing their own Pokémon inside it.Raids are cooperative multiplayer battles that challenge players to work together to take down powerful, raid boss Pokémon. Players gather in groups at Raid locations, marked by special Raid Eggs, and then engage in a battle against the Raid Boss. Raids are high-stakes events, with the chance to catch the Raid Boss after a successful defeat.Raids are especially exciting because they offer players the opportunity to encounter and capture Legendary Pokémon like Mewtwo, Rayquaza, or Kyogre. These Pokémon are typically very strong and have high catch rates, making them highly sought after. Raids also offer rewards in the form of Rare Candies, Rare TMs, and other items that can help players improve their Pokémon collection. Players can then tap on the Pokémon to enter a catching sequence.During the catching sequence, players must throw Poké Balls at the Pokémon to capture it. The accuracy of the throw, as well as the size and movement of the Pokémon, determines the likelihood of a successful capture. Some Pokémon are easier to catch than others, while rare and powerful Pokémon require more skill and strategy. Players can also use various items, such as berries and higher - quality Poké Balls, to increase their chances of catching a Pokémon. The act of catching Pokémon not only adds to the player's collection but also provides valuable experience points (XP) and items. XP is used to level up the player's character, unlocking new features and abilities as they progress. Items, such as Potions, Revives, and Eggs, can be used to heal and revive Pokémon, or to hatch new Pokémon from eggs that are obtained by walking a certain distance.Once a player joins a team, they can challenge gyms that are controlled by the opposing teams. To battle at a gym, players select a team of up to six Pokémon from their collection. The goal of the battle is to reduce the gym's prestige to zero, at which point the gym becomes vulnerable and can be captured by the attacking team.During a gym battle, players take turns attacking the opposing Pokémon with their own. Each Pokémon has its own set of moves, and players must choose the right moves and strategies to defeat the enemy Pokémon. The outcome of the battle depends on factors such as the Pokémon's level, type, and stats, as well as the player's skill and strategy. If a player successfully defeats a gym, they can then assign one of their Pokémon to defend the gym. The more Pokémon a gym has defending it, the higher its prestige and the more difficult it is for other players to take it over. Defending a gym also rewards the player with PokéCoins, the in - game currency that can be used to purchase items and upgrades.PokéStops are located at real - world points of interest, such as historical markers, public art installations, and local businesses. When a player approaches a PokéStop, they can spin the disc at the center of the PokéStop to receive items.Items obtained from PokéStops include Poké Balls, Potions, Revives, Eggs, and berries. These items are essential for catching Pokémon, battling at gyms, and keeping the player's Pokémon healthy. Some PokéStops also offer special bonuses, such as lures, which attract wild Pokémon to the area for a limited time, or incense, which increases the likelihood of encountering wild Pokémon while the player is walking.Players can also earn XP for visiting PokéStops, and they can level up their PokéStop to increase the number of items they receive. Additionally, some PokéStops can be upgraded to Gyms, providing players with more opportunities to battle and earn rewards. In Pokémon GO the player walks around in the real world and their movements are mirrored on the in-game map using GPS. At various points Pokémon will appear; tapping them starts an encounter. Unlike the core series there is no battling wild Pokémon, they are simply caught. Catching Pokémon earns Candy for that species which can be used to evolve and power up the Pokémon. At various points of interest are PokéStops or Gyms. They can typically be found at parks, monuments, tourist attractions, churches, train stations, and public artwork among many other places. PokéStops are blue photo discs that can be spun (at most once every 5 minutes) to receive items, eggs and research tasks. Gyms are more sparse and are a place to battle other players' Pokémon left there, as well as take part in raids. Gyms also have a photo disc which can be spun to receive items and eggs.Explore your surroundings and capture the Pokémon you find in your way. Enjoy this retro adventure!
